Shalira Spa® has been founded and operates under three distinct, but complementary business components
 

Conception

From the first initial meeting through until concept, design, development and the formulation of a business plan, partners are guided through the critical issues involved in establishing a world class spa facility. Health, ergonomics, visual perception and all elements of the user experience are modelled, tested and refined to ensure each visit is a memorable and engaging time.

Spa design includes space, texture colour, audio and tactile experiences; all are detailed and presented with a careful eye to retain the essential tropical spa experience. The result is a unique venue for spa and health treatments, fine tuned to reflect special market, environmental and cultural considerations, while always delivering an experience of luxury indulgence.

Shalira Spa® will consult with architects and contractors during the entire building process to ensure the unique spa creation approved by business partners is delivered in a timely and cost effective fashion.
 
Control

The newly created spa will be staffed with highly trained, dedicated professionals from the Shalira Spa® centre in Bali. Consideration for additional on-site instruction and assistance is taken into account, while language and relocation issues are also anticipated.

Every member of the new spa’s service team will be fully prepared to provide a memorable experience for each client. We strongly believe in first impressions, and strive to make each initial visit the first of many.

 Management matters are carefully reviewed and addressed, as operations are fine-tuned to realise the most profitable position available. Every client sees a complete menu of treatment choices and a display of product and branded merchandise.

A Shalira Spa® business partner is reviewed and refined on an ongoing basis, to ensure its potential is realised and maximized and to create a nurturing ambience and environment where staff members provide a luxury spa experience.

 
 Continuity

 Where an established spa venue is selected to be upgraded under the Shalira Spa® banner, all existing facilities are optimised to allow the introduction of the tropical spa experience, or simply to improve performance and profitability.

The process includes spa audit, review and assessment followed by reporting and suggestions for changes within the existing structure. Spatial experience, ergonomics, access and visual signals are among the areas for review. As mentioned above, we believe that first impressions and lasting memories should be engineered into the spa experience. In addition, the best menu of treatment choices should be complemented by product and brand elements.
